What is, and where do I get, lecithin?

So you've been using DMSA the whole time. I don't have DMSA. I know it's not required (supposedly, only ALA is according to Cutler), but still, that's pretty significant. I am not sure if I will use DMSA. It looks very obnoxiously expensive.
