I agree. The first couple of times I did it, I had some trouble getting back to sleep. But I got used to doing it. Now I do it once in the middle of the night (to keep the chelator's effect going) and have very rarely have trouble returning to sleep.
I also don't have trouble with feeling sleepy or having no energy in the morning. You know the feeling where you can't wake up until you drink something caffeinated or take a shower or something. It used to be a big problem for me before the diet and before I began chelating. Now, I wake up and I'm pretty much ready to go with no caffeine required.
