Re: Loose bm and epilepsy/severe memory lapses?
Actually sounds somewhat similar to me, if not a little more on the extreme side.
Things that have helped me:
paleo diet -- cut out most grains and dairy. I originally started with the SCD of Elaine Gottschall, but through much trial and error I found my diet is best w/ a little whole wheat and minuscule amounts of dairy here and there. Cutting out dairy was the biggest change for me. I'm not lactose intolerant, but I think I have an allergy to it. Since I cut it out, I've added it back in here and there and I don't seem to have any more problems with it, but I don't go crazy with it. Cutting out grains makes me drop weight like crazy.
CoQ10 -- I stumbled onto this while doing
parasite cleanses. I used it as described by
Hulda Clark , 400mg for 4 days, then 1 day of 3.5g, repeat. I don't know that this had any effect on my gut at all, but it certainly gave me the energy to get out of bed and live life again. I've since stopped taking it because I have low platelets and CoQ10 thins the blood too much for me.
Pregnenolone -- another thing that helped give me energy to crawl out from under the rock. I had to start slow and work my way up with it though. I see it more as a bandaid than a cure.
Paragone -- greatly helps to balance my gut flora. I just do the capsules from time to time, not the drops.
Samento -- I don't know how or why, but this stuff has helped immensely. It's an immune system modulator usually used in Lyme disease. Mostly, I think it has helped to clean up my gut dysbiosis.
I'm a LOT better than I was. Still have a ways to go, though. Hope some of this helps!
