Their suggestion is a serious mistake and they need to hire a biomedical engineer. Stainless steel is a very bad choice because it contains nickel and chromium, both of which are electromotive and are carcinogenic as well as being tissue irritants. Absolutely, BTW, Antonio is not just knowledgeable, but a good friend. We collaborate on a number of points to improve zapper effectiveness.

Over what???? Not over copper. The only things more conductive are silver and super conductors.

The First Amendment does not give us any rights, they are given by God. The first Amendment only enforces these by stating that these rights "shall not be abridged". :^o)
