Re: Update on Centaury and need help please

if you just started Centaury herb, could be the change as your body got something else to help to get rid of toxins and parasites

I used to have this in the beginning, I called it "dumps" and it was as you say, several times a day even at night sometimes. I was acctually happy about it because at least I knew that the stuff is leaving.

I read somewhere that normally the body tries to get rid of whatever doesn't belong there as quickly as possible - so it could be that you "uncovered" deeper level of parasites hiding spots and as you are killing them it goes out fast. I bet you it would not last for ever, after some time it would get back to normal again.

But then I really don't know, I am just sharing what I've experienced when i started clearing the stuff from my body.
Now it is more on the opposite side, but I don't take any herbs now, at least not regularly anyway.
