Update on Centaury and need help please

I just wanted to let everyone know that I am still getting out worms, today I got out about 15 or so very long worms. These things just keep coming. And I also started taking my herbs like a big girl, rounded teaspoon in the mouth and wash it down with water, several times daily, a little more at bedtime. I upped the dose, and stuffing capsules by hand was getting old.

My main concern is lack of solid stool, which I have not really been solid in about 10-14 days. It's not totally water, but not normal for me. And it's frequent, usually about 3 rounds in the AM, and several during the day. I'm drinking plenty of water, so I don't feel dehydrated or anything, and my die-off is lifting somewhat.

I have always heard that diarrhea was the bodies way of getting rid of infection...but can't seem to find that info available on the web. Does anyone have any insight on this matter. I feel as long as dead worms are exiting, it must be ok, but I am curious why it's happening all the sudden, I did not experience this before when I had a successful cleansing.
