Does Garlic Inactivate Cilantro?

Hi,

I had JUST started making cilantro pesto and started to enjoy it for chelating mercury. I came across a site which has a whole heavy metal detox protocol and it stated that one should not take garlic and cilantro together, since garlic inactivates cilantro. Is this true?? How can I find out for sure.

Also, on another site, heavymetaldetox.net, which stated the same, also mentioned not to take vit C with cilantro. What's up with that??

I am looking for answers from people who have mainly chelated with success using cilantro pesto.

I seem to be quite mercury toxic, even though my hair analysis stated otherwise. I have the classic and pretty bad symptoms (numbness of fingertips, hands and legs, ringing in ears, etc.) with an addition of eye twitching just yesterday =/

Soo confused and overwhelmed with all the info some of them contradictory =(
