Head injury many years ago

I realize this question may be too vague to answer but thought I'd try because I've been wondering for a long time.

I fainted and hit my head when I was young. It was completely untreated and I had blurry vision, spaciness and migraines.

My question is, is there anything I can do many years later to help heal the brain? Please forgive the naivete of that question if it's ludicrous.

The following school year after the head injury I became a very introverted loner and don't think I even thought about the best friend I had in school anymore. Of course, that change could have been due to environmental or other factors. I just wonder sometimes if I have a perm brain injury and I'm not aware of it. Tweet
