Start with the basics. If you can, get to a neurologist. CT scan. Just rule out anything that may be physically wrong.
Then, work on what's bothering you. You can take omega 3s, in capsule or from fish, they are good for your head. If you don't have insurance or can't afford it, see the part on Thailand. Lots of healing there.
Try some alternative treatments - lots out there - try at least one of the following:
chi gong
tai chi
yoga
martial arts
add fun things, dancing,piano lessons, a sport for example
then, if you want, more alternative things:
Travel. Go to Thailand. Visit a health spa (like tao-garden.com, or "The Sanctuary").
Above all, stay positive, keep asking questions, and try different things.
