Re: schizophrenia disorder

I know schizophrenia is difficult to treat. I have this illness in my family too. I also know that going on hypoglycemic diet will help schizophrenics too. This should be supplemented with various vitamins and mineral including vitamin D.

I recommend that your read:

Nutritional Aspects of Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder (-->p 7)

and get a hold of a book "Trace your Genes to Health" by Dr Chris Reading MD (Nutritional Psychiatrists).

Here are some more articles:

Advances in Nutritional Psychiatry By Dr Chris Reading and edited by Dr George Samra --> Page 3

Advances in Orthomolecular Psychiatry by Dr Chris Reading --> page 2

Alzheimer’s Disease, an article by Dr Chris Reading

Genetics, A Crash Course in, by Dr Chris Reading and here ---> page 4

Mentally Ill or Metabolically Disadvantaged  by Dr Chris Reading --> page 3
