Margot, if you are able to get it, a book called The amazing liver and gallbladder flush, by Andreas Morits, I don't know if I already mentioned it, so forgive me if I repeat. Also, please do not immediatley go out an buy what I'm suggesting, or what anyone else does. (Often, what's available in stores is low quality. First look into it, to discover for yourself why it's good, and if in fact it is. :-) I mean, to satisy yourself. The book I mention would be a great background for you, and put you at ease with the liver flush, I feel.

I do not mean to be discouraging you at all! It's just that so many people on curezone willdo what is suggested by many others, and it can lead to much wasted $ and loss of faith, if the results are not immediate. So I suggest research of the things I mentioned. I do have every faith in Natural Healing methods, but they are not immedate. That said,the Liver Flushes I'v done have made a hude difference in my health. Preparation and knowledge makes it all work well..
