Re: fatty deposits on sclera

Hi,

I have some experience in fasting, both water and dry fasting, and would strongly recommend fasting as a means to facilitate healing and rejuvenation.

I also have had some issues with my eyes. In fact, in both my eyes I have a benign neoplasm, called pterygium. I noticed the first pterygim, in my left eye, about 6 months ago because it gave me the feeling of a foreign body.

I used the Eyebrights Tincture for 2-3 months; The pterygium became asymptomatic and lighter but did not disappear completely. In a meantime I have noticed the same growth in my right eye.

At present, I am fasting in hope that my body, finally, decides to get rid of both unwelcome guests in my eyes. I will fast as long as I feel comfortable.

The resources I have used to enrich my knowledge about the power of fasting inform that the body will dissolve any deposits and tumors as a source of energy during any king of fast. I think that both fatty deposits on the cornea and the overgrown conjunctiva will serve the above mentioned purpose.

That is why I believe that we both could first try fasting before reaching for the eye surgery.

You have mentioned the yellowing of sclera of your eyes. I think that it might be a jaundice, and if I am right, it puts you into a different category of health - seekers.

I believe that your liver is not functioning properly. Fat metabolism depends on liver; A congested and overworked liver could be responsible for the accumulation of the adipose tissues in unusual places, eyes including.

During any kind of fast, liver plays a superior role. Having an ill- functioning liver requires much more preparation because unpleasant side effects could entirely overwhelm the faster and prevent from fasting at all.

Knowledge is everything. I suggest you read as much as possible and then prepare your body carefully before jumping on a wagon of serious fasters.

Love,

Anne
