Re: Report
This is very interesting. So the carb feeds the yeast, and the yeast byproducts cause the immune system to recognize the antigen and elicit the response. So it wouldn't matter if there is an overgrowth or not. Even if there is a little candida present to react with the food, your immune system would elicit a response. How would this explain the leaky gut that I have experienced? I have had a colonoscopy and they have found inflammation in the lower part of my small intestine. There surely has to be a massive infection for such inflammation to be present. Also, when my candida problems were at its worse, I had ringworm covering both my arms, really bad dandruff, cold sores, and a white creamy tongue. Would an immune response to yeast antigens cause this? Can it be that a really bad infection was present at first and when I killed most of it, the immune system stayed hypersensitive to the antigen? How is this different from immune tolerance, where the Immune system doesn't kill the yeast anymore, but just stays tolerant to it. Either way, I am going to wait a couple of more months on this regimen and see what happens. Aijian, are you currently doing this antigen injection treatment? If so, how is it going for you so far?
