Hair analysis test - candida

I'm having pretty good progress with my candida but I wanna uncover any possible mineral imbalances that I may be having. I know I had mercury problems and I have been chelating with cutler's protocol and IV DMPS for about 10 months. This has helped me a great deal. However now I'm worried about possibly copper being out of balance in my body. I am currently taking zinc about 40 mg a day and other minerals such as selenium, iodine, magnesium, molybdenum, calcium etc. I know this is supposed to help with any mineral imbalances such as copper. I wanna do the hair analysis test but I am afraid it will be totally distorted because I have been chelating for so long and because of that my body is eliminating these minerals and it will therefore show up high on the hair analysis test. I don't want to have a false positive and be thrown off guard. I want to uncover any possible causes of my candida. I know that copper biounavailability is a possible cause. Any opinions on this topic? and whether I should continue with the hair analysis test?
