Yes, if you get diarrhea then my understanding is that its a clear indication that it is too much vitamin c for you. But I am taking 14 grams because I don't have that response and all the info says if your body will absorb it then your body needs it. This test of how much C your body will take without having diarrhea is presented in many places as the first step in healing adrenal deficiencies.

So, its confusing. My understanding is that if my body didn't need the C I'd get diarrhea, but I don't. I'm worried in terms of this website about it ending pregnancy, but also worried about taking too little C when my body might be needing a lot right now.

Thanks for the additional comments about iodine. That all makes me feel confident in my decision to stick with the Iodine and makes me hopeful that the stats which say my odds of miscarrying are almost 50% are skewed by all the women (most) who don't take iodine.
