Moving on, I haven't supplemented with Iodine before. Should I gradually build up to the 100 mg you recommend for everyone?

And, what quantities of selenium would I take alongside the iodine, to ensure the ratio of each is in correct proportion?

Also, I am a huge fan of Brazil nuts...just ate 8. I don't think I'm particularly selenium deficient...except on those days when I run out of nuts.
