I used to take a liquid multi-vitamin, calcium/magnesium supplement, and a B-complex vitamin. I stopped all of them when I was in Germany over a month ago, under suspicion that one or all of them were over stimulating. Well, since then I can honestly say I don't feel nearly as edgy or "bad" as I did prior to that trip. I don't feel perfect, but still. At the same time, it's frustrating knowing I'm not getting any rounded vitamin intake for my body. I do eat very healthy though. I did lose some weight, going from 170 to a fluctuating range of 160-165, but haven't lost any more and also is most likely due to cutting gluten out of my diet. No
Antibiotics , on the contrary, I take a daily probiotic. Sleep is always good. I can drink Gatorade with no problems (also use
Sea Salt ). Have had digestion problems for over a month, mainly constipation along with what appeared to be some malabsorption, although I *think* this could be due to the gluten free diet as well. Got what seemed like the stomach flu (no vomiting) on Sunday/Monday but look like I am getting over it. Kinda puzzled though, since I take a probiotic every day, but I guess we are all human in the end. I actually haven't gotten sick till now for a very long time, contrary to the typical AF person.
