Have you been feeling better over time? What else do you take besides the ALA? Anything to help your body remove the mercury better?
I'm taking zinc, selenium and milk thistle in the morning (although not chelating now), along with vitamin C (1mg, later in the evening) every day.
I am strongly considering trying ALA (including ONCE at night if I can force myself awake at the right time) to see how I take to it. I want my health completely back to normal. 80% better isn't good enough, and the hunger "crashes", while avoidable, should not be occuring! (they used to not occur as little as 3 years ago!)
