Hit a plateau in dealing with mercury/candida symptoms

Just about 14 months ago, I discovered I had a problem with candida and got to work taking antifungals (natural ones, such as garlic, grapefruit seed extract, etc.), probiotics (including ones like bacillus coagulans, which kills candida directly), going on the anticandida diet, and at the end of March this year, I had my mercury fillings removed, which helped tremendously.

Now it seems that while things are a lot better, I've hid a plateau and they're not improving anymore. My main symptom is hunger as a result of a "crash" (i.e. I will "crash" and begin to have no energy, difficulty focusing, and need food to undo it and get back to normal - this symptom used to be far worse but is much better now), and not being able to lose this gut I have despite having an all-natural diet. I've improved, but I feel I'm not improving fast enough, or maybe not at all for the past few months. I still have "high" and "low" days as well.

Anyone know how to get over this hump? Should I do something to aggressively chelate out the mercury a lot faster? (I was taking iodine, and it definitely had an effect on mercury/candida, but now I've gained weight after taking it for 3 weeks) Should I just take it slow and recognize that I'll look and feel this way for a year or so until the mercury is slowly gone? Any advice from someone who's been here, or is here?
