How can I still lose weight after breaking my WF?
I'm still WFing and I'm very happy with the results, my skin feels amazing. 22 days today. All joint pain is gone and I have not had any dry skin patches for weeks. I like that I'm losing weight and I do wish to continue on the fast but it's getting very hard to keep up with my family and work. This past week I've been working 10-12 hours shifts and I just can't take off. I'm really sad today because I realized how much this fast has helped me and I don't want to stop but I also realized how much I've been very dis-attached to my work and family. I am neglecting a lot of things because I'm so focused on myself and this fast. I already have a meal plan set out after breaking this fast, but I'd like to still lose weight not just maintain the weight which I'm at right now. I know of ppl who break their
Water Fast and start eating raw and exercising but they just maintain the weight they're on. Does anyone know anything that can help me please? I thank you in advance.
EDIT: Oh and I also forgot to mention, my 4th day of my fast my period started and it just ended about 10days before my wf. I am still currently on my period and it's been almost 20 days. Is this normal? I do feel weaker lately maybe it's the loss of iron? Today out of all days since being on the fast, I feel very spacey and lightheaded. I've read that it's dangerous to break your fast if you're going through a healing crisis. I don't know if what it is I'm feeling is a healing crisis or from menstruating for this long...
