That's what I'm curious about. Unfortunately, I think that if I do have TMAU, it's probably primary since the TMA and TMAO levels aren't very high. Then again, I only started smelling around the age of seventeen or eighteen, so at first I thought that it might not be primary TMAU. So confusing.
