To be honest I'm not really sure. There are other people here who probably know better who could help you out. But if you only had a small amount of choline in your system at the time of the test and not all of it was properly metabolized wouldn't that show that there's still some underlying issue there, possibly you might have secondary tmau? The thing is secondary tmau is not recognized in the U.S. so if you had your test done in the U.S. they wouldn't aknowledge it.
I was watching videos on youtube of U.K. patients and I think they tested positive for secondary tmau and they said they had a fecal odour most of the time. My odour has mostly been a fecal odour so I'm interested to get my results back. Would 95% with a very small choline load show that you have secondary tmau? I don't know but hope there's someone here who can interpret your results, I'd be interested to know as well.
