Thanks for the suggestion. I have been trying a multitude of different things but feel I may finally have stumbled onto something that is helping. I have started taking a flaxseed oil supplement twice a day, a magnesium supplement once per day, vitamin C, docusate calcium (in place of the docusate sodium I was using) and acidophilus capsules. I do this every morning routine with a hot cup of coffee and repeat in the evening. It seems to be helping A LOT (going every day or at least every other!) and I am hoping this is a trend that continues!!
