You are probably right Rainy. I will have to search the scriptures and see if I find biblical references. The fruit truly are the best as you say because scripture adds that we are not under the law if we walk in the fruit of the Spirit.
You can't get any better than that.

The Spiritual Gifts seem to be an combination of the supernatural and natural. Whether we are born with or trained in certain abilities (which we give credit to God as well) but God moves in that talent/ability in a supernatural way so we can get accomplished the mighty works that God has set before us.

I assume the fruit are similar in the sense that we are born with or learn certain personality traits (God gets credit for this as well) and He supernaturally helps us grow healthy fruit as we learn to put off the old and take on the new.

On another note: How is your study on Calling Forth the Remnant going? I messed up in the beginning by not taking notes so I could comment about things to everyone. I'm use to written studies online where I can highlight and copy and paste the parts I need to comment on.
