Re: I had the worst experience yesterday..
Yes, enemas can help you too...as drinking a little juice. The idea is to slow the detox, so simple.
I do not recommend the aspirin or the tylenol...cause it goes against the purpose of the fast itself (detox). Why you should add new toxins to a body already hurting because the many accumulated old toxins? But we are human and when it hurts to the point of being disabled by pain...I can relate to the fact that taking a simple pill can be a short term solution at least when one is kind of desperate.
I salute the fact you have been doing research about Fasting. However, you should read about RETRACING (will explain to you why that strong headache is coming back to you when Fasting). A headache when fasting doe not have the same meaning of a headache when not fasting.
RE: Retracing. Fasting is like life itself. We need to revisit the bad places from our past so we can "heal" and dissipate the sorrows of the present that resulted from those times. It happens at the mental and emotional level, or with our life events, just the same. Think how we need to deal with a person we need to forgive... we can't hide from our sorrows if we are going to master them.
Water Fasting is like that too.
I guess that by now you already know that our blood components improve when we fast. Many fast to "court" anemia away..
Call me "elitist" and other ugly names, but I am a firm believer of an strong education about fasting before the fact...if you know what I mean. The more we know about WF the easier it is to fast and even smile while enduring the due discomforts, since Fear has this tendency to complicate it all.
