131603 Thank you so much for taking the time and replying. Hahaha yes I know, going to the hospital for that headache does seem a bit extreme but that's how PAINFUL it was. The reason why I did want to go to the hospital is because a few years ago, I suffered from really really bad headaches that WERE similar to the one I was experiencing yesterday. Those lasted me a week until I finally was rushed to the ER and it turns out my hemoglobin levels were dangerously low and I needed 3 bags of blood (blood transfusion) So I was anemic and I didn't know. Long story there! So anyways, if I were to go to the hospital it was to get checked out and see how my levels are doing and I would've still continued my fast if they said all was well. No body can EVER try to convince me that Water Fasting is dangerous and believe me...a lot have tried. I've done my homework and researched endless nights before diving into a water fast. A former doctor of mine was so against it omg he kept rambling on and on but it went in one ear and out the other. I'm my own doctor and I've actually treated myself for a few things that doctors in the past couldn't, they just throw prescriptions at you and that's it. I won't even get into that it just angers me.
Well, today no headache present and I really didn't want to break my fast yesterday no matter how bad my headache was but in the next few days if anything like that happens to the point where I can't tolerate it any more then I will break my fast and start again in a few days. I like the OJ idea thanks for that and I'll update here if I need your help, I really like your advice everyone thanks so much!! Tweet
