Yeah, but you have to read the entire article. In the second and third part he describes this experiment that he and another person took part it. They both ate only meat for one year and this was not in a cold environment; I think it was in the U.S. They were tested in a hospital for various mineral levels and according to the story they were not deficient in any vitamins and minerals and they both felt healthy.
Then the guy goes on to say that he continued eating only meat for the next 26 years or something crazy like that. If it's true, I would say the only explanation is that he was just naturally a super healthy person.
