Re: "It's probably stress".
It sounds like a Candida infestation to me.
The beneficial Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1 and Bifidus bacteria plus all other strains of beneficial bacteria which are supposed to be in the intestines, generate acids that turn off Candida growth gene and keeps Candida in its benign form. Building the flora a (communities of beneficial bacteria) will be the cure to your infestation in the end.
It's a lack of the beneficial flora that can create an alkaline environment which can turn on the Candida growth gene thus causing Candida to convert in to its pathogenic fungal form, known as a Candida albicans infestation.
As a start, you need to go on a strict Candida diet, which means basically no-to-extremely-low carbohydrate intake (starches such as potatoes, rice, pasta, no bread, crackers or other wheat products, no
Sugar products whatsoever, no fruit or fruit juice. Red beef should be eaten only once or twice a week at the most, organic eggs should be your main protein source, and chicken of young fish (sardines, herring) a few times a week.
To make it simple, eat only green fresh or frozen vegetables (all types), avocados, rutabaga, and turnips your focus with organic eggs as the main protein source, and drink lemon water (no sugar) or plain water for you liquids. You’ll need to drink a LOT of water during the entire treatment period.
