Re: Chlorella and Liver Flushing

What do you mean by "drinking" chlorella? Are you talking about powdered chlorella added to, say, apple juice for instance, or something else entirely?

Chlorella is a product of nature, and something of a "perfect" food. If you are planning to take pure chlorella, i.e. the food and not a supplement, then you should experience no problems at all.

Adding powdered chlorella, or other green foods (seaweeds, etc) to a two or three day apple juice fast would work wonders I believe. In fact, I may well try this over the weekend before my planned flush on Monday.

Oh, and chlorella can't make you ill. What can make you feel a little under the weather is the affect the chlorella has on the unnatural accumulations in your body, whether they be metal, mineral, mucous, pus. Herbs, seaweeds, etc., can only heal, although the actual healing (detox) may not be too enjoyable at first.
