Thanks for the info, gibby. What is diflo? Is that diflucan? And which creams work well? Are they prescription? I am just really scared to go back to the doctor. I've been to 3 of them for this vaginal burning, none of them knew what the heck was going on, they kept giving me Antibiotics making it worse and worse. So the gram shmear will show if there is yeast? I looked up what jorge posted and it sounds like it's similar or the same thing as vulvodynia? This one wesite said that it usually tests negative for yeast because they are so deep in the tissues.

It is so hard to deal with this, my family and fiance all think I am nuts. No one believes that there is anything wrong with me. It is so hard :-( To go back to the doctor and have her tell me the same thing will make me so mad! I am taking a lot of natural antifungals and stuff to detox (I am taking candex now) and I just started trying oil pulling, plus I've been taking DE. I am having really bad herx though and I feel so sick for a few days, then I might have a good day, then feel like crap again. I don't know if I'm overdoing it, but I'm just trying to stay on top of it to keep progressing. That's why I was thinking the Liver Flushes might help. My body just cannot seem to get rid of the toxins fast enough :-( It really sucks when you find out that doctors cannot help you (but inadvertantly HURT you) and I just feel so alone on this. I can't talk to anyone about it in my life, at least people on here understand.

Then I also have a question about the prescription antifungals-I heard there is nyastin and another one, which I have heard works for some people, but I just feel like I've taken a ton of prescription meds over the years along with all that drinking and I even ate like crap and gained a bunch of weight over the course of a couple of years (I lost it all now) but I have really put my body through a lot.

Do you recommend trying to get prescription drugs to treat this? That other website did recommend cortisone cream too.
