Re: Yeast infection from too many probiotics?

Yeast infection because you took Probiotics. It is the first time I hear that !!
There is a well known residual intracellular fungal infection that occur after an active infection caused by Antibiotics . This infection is "dormant" candida that took hold inside the cells and deep in the tissues. It is a chronic atrophic erythomatous candidiasis. It is a not growing infection but still producing metabolic waste and toxins able to cause burning, redness, and inflammation. The treatment for that is long term systemic antifungal therapy plus anti-inflamatory/antifungal local creams.
Good Luck.
Jorge.
