Question about Luekemia

Hi! I have a question to anyone who might know the answer. My sister was the one that helped my mother when she was sick with leukemia. Out of all of the things she told me about what the doctors said there was one that didn't seem to make sense to me. They said her type of leukemia could only be gotten by having Radiation done. I didn't know that a person could even get leukemia through Radiation. The strange thing was...she had never had cancer before the leukemia. Tweet
