Re: Allergies as a contributing factor

I've been doing the no topical treatment route for around 6 months I think. Doing a low-acid diet for about 9 months, although it is difficult to determine the levels of acidity in various foods, and I'm not sure if I've been maintaining the 80% alkaline/20% acidic balance I was seeking. I've also been supplementing with cod liver oil and bee pollen. With any treatment, it helps best to see it through for a long enough time to measure results, and to not try too many things at once so you won't be unsure of what is working (it's a Catch-22 because for many of us the answer is quite possibly an integration of many lifestyle changes, dietary changes, emotional healing, etc.) I'm at least suggesting it may be counterproductive to apply Vaseline, Protopic, steroids, all at the same time as going on a Water Fast while flushing your liver. :)

Good luck to you and thanks for the good wishes.

Peace,
C.S.
