A big help would be to know what exactly you are dealing with so you can tailor specific remedies. Any testing? Sometimes hitting them with a multi-pronged approach can be helpful - I got roundworm out with neem, boswellia, myrrh and enteric-coated oil of oregano - worked like a charm.

I don't know if there would be any problem taking this with pharmas so you might want to consider that. You also might want to take a look homoepathics from Deseret Biologicals (VER), VAXA Parasitin, or Newton's parasite formula. Add these with the other treatments.
