Parasite Resistance To Drugs / Herbs / Treatment

Last night was spent unable to sleep due to uncomfortable wriggling + biting sensations all around the body, heavy heart beat, muscle twitching, etc.

This is despite my use of over half a bottle of valbazen (albendazole), and an unknown but significant amount of ivermectin pour on (the bottle is gone but a lot spilled). These medications definitely have some effect on my body, and appear to have some effect in improving my symptoms, but it seems that they might not be enough. I have been battling these symptoms for some time, suspecting some type of systemic roundworm, but without any verification. When crawling + biting symptoms are bad, it is hard to believe that what I am feeling is not due to some type of parasite.

But if Albendazole and Ivermectin have not resolved the problem by now, how should I continue? Since starting these drugs, it does seem that symptoms have increased in areas like feet, hands, face, groin. I should note that I've tried many other parasite remedies. I am worried about developing tolerance to all types of treatment, is the best way to avoid this to take breaks in medicating, or to continue straight until the infection symptoms subside?
