It is almost impossible to say without seeing x-rays. However if you extract your front tooth, you have to replace it either with a bridge or an implant. If you go with a bridge, the dentist has to grind down at least 2 adjacent teeth for it. If you go with an implant, make sure both your dentist and lab are capable and qualified.
