I can totally relate. In the past year or so I've noticed that motion in my head feeling that you describe, sometimes more noticeable than others. Feeling off-balance just trying to walk straight sometimes. Also the breathing thing, where I feel I need to concentrate on breathing. Not bad enough to make me feel panicy anymore. I know if I ignore it, or take a nap it'll go away. Haven't had where I've jerked myself awake in some time now. Still getting a little anxiety here and there. It seems like I feel it up in my chest. I was feeling it a bit more the last couple days, but today I feel good. I've been getting pressure in my head, as if just my head and eyes could have high blood pressure?? Unfortunately for me, I'm still not 100% even after 4 1/2 years, but compared to a couple years ago even, I'm doing so much better. I was thinking the other day, I can't even remember what it was like to feel normal anymore, and who knows if I'll ever be completely better. But it does help to look back and see how far I've come.
