 Thank you that is very helpful and useful information. Liver must be doing reasonably ok - my pregnancy hormones were up at 2800 - they are now down at 167 (since miscarrying). My poor liver must be working very hard! Feel very emotional as my liver tries to balance hormones, think its drained me out too. The "B" vitamins sound like they may help alot. May need some iron rich foods but short on ideas - tried some grilled steak but dont care much for red meat - was told it contained iron.

Yes, red meats contain heme iron, which is easier to absorb than plant iron.

Taking vitamin C with it will help with absorption.

Calcium, chromium and tannins (coffee, tea, etc.) inhibit the absorption of iron.
