...certainly possible. In cases of both miscarriage and abortion the hormones are cruising the system for some time. I believe the reason for cessation of pregnancy may be involved, as spontaneous miscarriage is a naturally ocurring situation vs. a choice to terminate. The body may return to normal more easily in your case, but may still need some help given your issues.
