Thanks a million for your response, I'm very happy to hear from someone who did what I did and managed to cleanse successfully... nausea, vomiting, weeping I can handle - and if I can revisit and let go of a childhood trauma or two in the process so much the better! Thanks again, between your reply and everyone else who gave me advice, my mind is now completely at ease :)
