Here's another thread that tested whether various anti-fungals killed the good flora in yogurt cultures.

The results: coconut oil killed about half the good yogurt culture.

But what boggles my mind is that oregano oil and grapefruit seed extract (GSE) "do not kill the lactic bacteria - only the fungus - while coconut kills some of them."

How could it possibly be that the extremely potent oregano oil (OO) and Grapefruit-Seed-Extract can selectively kill the fungus while leaving the good flora intact? This makes no sense. He must have meant that Grapefruit-Seed-Extract and OO (Olive-Oil) killed the yogurt culture.
