Interesting. Thanks for the info. What kind of of test did you have done to check out these minerals?

And what are you doing know, for the balance?
I had the hair anyl. done through ARL and my copper showed low, but not real low, almost to the normal range but not in it, and my zinc, potassium, iron, phosp. chromium were all real low, yet my calcium was sky high. ( which was explained in me test results as a slow oxidizer, typical of adrenal fatigue, hypothyroid and slow metabolism.
