Copper is not bad for everyone though. Some people can actually be copper deficient. It's confusing, unfortunately, and the symptoms aren't much help, as they can point to over load or to deficiency, sometimes it seems.
Here are some links about the opposite problem, copper deficiency, including an entire Curezone forum for it! I especially noted the third link, which states "іf уου take a lot οf zinc аnd уου аrе nοt deficient, уου саn сrеаtе a copper deficiency аnd thіѕ wіll greatly affect уουr adrenal glands" -- as I fell into this trap during about 5 years of taking zinc without any testing to see if I needed it, and never taking copper to balance things out. My adrenals did indeed become worse during that time.
