I've tried coconut oil many times and i reacted to it every time. I'm sure it wasn't a herx reaction either, for it resembled what i experience when I eat something i'm intolerant to. (GI issues, dry skin, breaking out, dry hair...).
If I decide to try CO again, how much should I use? Do I decrease my intake of other fats so that I don't get too much fat in my diet? I already get 30+% of my diet from fat (40-35% carbs, the rest protein) (I'm tiny...I'm 5'1 and about 20 pounds underwt)
