Ive found probiotics to be ineffective until candida is down to a minumum. When there is too much candida i think the candida just eliminates any probiotics that try to colonize. Thus just causing a inflammation response more than anything. Coconut oil seems to be helping more than anything. For me it doesnt aggravate my gut like other anti-fungals and the die-off is more manegable. Coconut oil is great for the winter time when you need to help boost the metabolism.
MMS probably kills some friendly bacteria because of its chlorine like qualities. Usually chrorine like substance are designed to kill bacteria. I wouldnt take them at the same time. Any substance that has the potential of killing friendly bacteria would be a last resort.
Try candida force/coconut oil first. They will not interefere with your friendly bacteria like MMS might. Lufenuron cured one member but it is something where i would not be working and doing at the same time. You could try coconut oil again. Maybe try a small spoonful to start out with or just adjust the amount to where you can tolerate it. I have a reaction to coconut oil as well. I have a die off/detox reaction but i know i have to do go through some of this to get the candida down. Coconut oil is more mild on the gut for me than other anti-fungals. Beef fat causes more inflammation for me than coconut oil. Coconut oil/palm oil are very easy to digest as they do not require bile. Beef fat/ vegetable oils seem harder to digest. I cant do much animal fat but find i can tolerate the coconut oil and spectrum palm oil much better. They seem to be easier to digest. Coconut oil and palm oil seem to give me more energy than animal fat. I dont do the oils in the evening, because it can disturb my sleep.
