Research the Buteyko breathing method-> proven in clinical trials to permanently cure asthma. Even if you don't have asthma chronically it is still helpful for overall health. Using the breathing method I went from gasping, hyperventilation at rest to being able to hike up steep hills whle barely breathing through my nose.
I recommend also a *gradual* transition off of ALL drugs and medication, and using natural healing for whatever ails you. I also recommend getting away from T.V. and going outside, even if you can't walk much.
