No, I didn't cough up the red fluke. I passed that with stool after finishing a course of praziquantel and starting one of triclabenzadole. (It floated; and at first I thought it was a drop of blood on the surface of the toilet water, until I noticed it didn't dissipate, and fished it out.)

I did cough up three greenish ova about .3" long at the long axis. You can see them at the top of that paper towel segment. (They dried brown.)

The tan stains all over the towel are dried blood in my dried sputum. Tweet
