question about concept of metabolic typing

Hello, I would like to ask a question about metabolic typing from a bodybuilding perspective. you may say that this is a forum about metabolic typing and not bodybuilding, and that I should go to a bodybuilding forum. However, I want to say that nowhere in bodybuilding have I ever read an explicit admission about the kind of metabolism (metabolic typing; cellular oxdation) that one should have to bodybuild, and what might happen if one does not have the right/ideal metabolism. In my mind, metabolic typing has defined it explicitly. I AM NOT a professional bodybuilder. I am a guy who, since 19, has gone into the gym to build up my muscles by eating carbs and protein and done reps (8 - 12 reps) to make my muscles hypertrophy (by 1) a permanent change to my musculature and 2) through glycogen loading of the same muscles for bulk and size). And I have had SUCH PROBLEMS that metabolic typing seems to answer perfectly, and I want to know if others are out there with similar experiences. When I ate protein, ate a lot of cabs and did reps in the gym, I did make gains, and my muscles felt like they were getting bigger but then I would be sweating like a pig, my face would flush, my blood pressure would jump to 160/00, my stomach would be perpetually nauseated--and no amount of trying to eat carbs (my stomach was so nauseated I could barely eat once I got into this way) could get me back into equilibrium. My metabolism seemed to accelerate in an ugly way, and I could not seem to fix it. I didn't know what the heck was going on. I tried to take in more fish oils (fats) to try to counter the feelings that I had. I BELIEVE that is because I am a FAST-OXIDIZER (or tipped that way) not a slow oxidizer--but I didn't know that before until reading these webpages about fast oxidizers, slow oxidizers. The medical doctor did not help me and waved me away when I tried to mention metabolic typing. He didn't believe in it. I have had blood tests done. He said that I had no adrenal tumors, no hyperthyroid (euthyroid--normal thyroid) and no hypoglycemia (euglycemic--normal blood sugar). He did want to treat me for the high blood pressure which he could measure. One told me to eat moderately, and exercise moderately. Another told me to eat more carbs (which I tried). I just want to know if there is anyone out there like me. And in my life--I just wanted the reason--WHY, WHY, WHY--this was happening, and I could not seem to get a reason till I read about this stuff. Comments???
