what results did you get ?

How much do you weigh now ?

That plan sounds so extreme ? why would you want to put your body thru all of that.

I am 50, no medical problems what so ever !!!I do the Master-Cleanse to the T 2 months a year which means i eat 10 months of the year.

The Master-Cleanse is enough for me. Simplicity is always better. I would ask your self what is really driving you to be so extreme ?
