Be careful about dry fasting for three days. Especially since you will be detoxing on the master cleanse. You need to stay hydrated to flush the toxins out of thier cells.
Besides all those chemicals coming out of you is shocking enough for the body.How does your body handle dry fasts? (everyone is different so I ask)If anything I think I would put the dry fasting at the end so its not this HUGE sickly detox wave. (hate those)

You should always go with water for at least one day before going into a dry fast.

On my master cleanses I liked to add the pulp to act as a laxative instead of the tea and SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) all the time. I am just one of those people that cant handle the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) AT ALL...the horror...the horror.

With the smooth move tea - I would stick the box directions and only start out using it 10 days in a row. Doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) or enemas will clear you out fine without the tea.
Especially if you add a little pulp in your juice. No cramps and no flacid colon to repair. BTW if you do go the tea route ginger tea (and ginger in general) helps the colon walls regain tone.

Breaking the fast - Are you going with orange or grape juice? (both work for stimulating digestion) I was so happy when I found out about the grape thing. I just wanted to taste ANYTHING but citrus. LOL

Healthy bacteria - What are you using? Pills? Food? Adding raw kimchi in seaweed wraps are a really nice spicey snack thats good for digestion and health. Gotta ferment it awhile so it could be a fun little thing to do besides make lemonade.

As far as your metabolism is concerned...Just count the calories in your juice.
I dont know what your stats are or if you want to lose weight. Give me some stats and I can give you a juice guideline if you want.
